1. How do I book?
Contact us via WhatsApp or fill in the booking form. We confirm within 1 hour.
2. What is included in the price?
All prices include private chauffeur, WiFi, water, and door-to-door service. No hidden fees.
3. How many passengers can travel?
Our services accommodate 2 to 4 passengers. For groups larger than 4, contact us for a custom quote.
4. How much luggage fits?
Up to 3 large suitcases depending on the number of passengers. If you have extra luggage, let us know when booking.
5. What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically at no extra cost.
6. What vehicles do you use?
Tesla Model Y (electric, premium) and Mercedes E300 Hybrid (executive comfort).
7. Do you offer tours for groups larger than 4?
Yes, via partner vehicles. Contact us for availability and pricing.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (IBAN), MB Way, or card payment (6% surcharge applies).
9. Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations less than 24h before service are non-refundable. Between 24-48h, 25% is refunded.

Once we receive your request, we will review the details and send payment instructions to confirm and secure your booking.

• Payment via link (card) – 6% surcharge applies

PandaTour Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are 100% non-refundable.
- Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the service are 75% non-refundable (25% refund applicable).
- The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any cancellation circumstances.
Waiting Time Policy (Transfers)
For airport pick-ups, we monitor your flight in real time and include reasonable waiting time at no extra cost. For all other services, a standard waiting period is included; additional waiting time may be subject to extra charges.
Flight Delays
We track all incoming flights to ensure a smooth pick-up experience. In the event of a delay, your driver will automatically adjust the pick-up time at no additional cost.

We are committed to providing a safe, reliable, and comfortable service. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
